Velvet OutPaws came from a pile of fabric scraps I had left over from making really cool clothing for humans! I started out making over the collar bandanas with fringe and people really loved them. They were scrappy (literally) and something new in the sometimes bland world of fabric triangles.

Our pet bandanas and pet products have evolved since we started making fringe bandanas in 2023. And i'm sure that we will keep changing as we grow!

In 2026 we are excited to bring back our patchwork style and collars. Fringe isn't going anywhere. We are also now offering custom chain stitching on all bandanas.
