Shopping Appointment - Velvet Outlaw
personal shopping appointment in the Velvet Outlaw studio. Our shoppable space is located on the 3rd floor and does require a walk up one flight of stairs - there is no elevator. if you are not able to get up the stairs please let me know and I will bring items downstairs for you.
Before you appointment review the items that are in our online shop as those are the only items we have available to purchase in our studio.
The $30 deposit will go towards your total purchase - if your purchase does not equal $30 the amount difference will be credited to your customer account. If you do not show up to your appointment the deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE.
Why is there a deposit? This pays for my time and to ensure that we are both going to be accountable and show up! We are not a retail establishment and the shopping experience will be different.
Shopping appointments are not placeholders for local pick up. If you purchase an item online it will be mailed to you. We do not offer local pickup.

Shipping is free within the USA and $25.00 USD flat-rate for all orders outside of the United States.
For Ready To Wear items, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your items upon ordering.
For Customizable Reworked and Fully Custom items, please allow 4-6 weeks for production + 3-5 business days once your order has shipped.
Due to the custom, one-of-a-kind nature of our clothing, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. In special cases, we will consider doing a "buy back" for your item. Please send an email to howdy@velvetoutlaw.com to learn more about completing a buy back.
Because of the upcycled and custom nature of our clothing, we ask that you review the measurements listed in each product and measure yourself to ensure the product will fit you.
