We're so excited to work with you and to help bring your vision to life with a custom outfit! Please fill out the form below to provide a few details about what you're looking for. Once we receive your inquiry form we'll reach out to get the design and ordering process started within 48 business hours.
*Please note that all custom orders require a $50 non-refundable deposit and take 4 to 6 weeks for design and production. Also note that in 2024 we are NOT making handmade from scratch garments. If you are unsure about your custom inquiry, please fill out the form and we will let you know if we can take on this design.

Shipping is free within the USA and $25.00 USD flat-rate for all orders outside of the United States.
For Ready To Wear items, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your items upon ordering.
For Customizable Reworked and Fully Custom items, please allow 4-6 weeks for production + 3-5 business days once your order has shipped.
Due to the custom, one-of-a-kind nature of our clothing, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. In special cases, we will consider doing a "buy back" for your item. Please send an email to howdy@velvetoutlaw.com to learn more about completing a buy back.
Because of the upcycled and custom nature of our clothing, we ask that you review the measurements listed in each product and measure yourself to ensure the product will fit you.
