  • Build A Blazer can take between 2-4 weeks to create - shipping time does not count.
  • All of our orders are shipped back to you by USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
  • Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail are insured by USPS for up to $100.00. If you'd like to add additional insurance to your shipment, email howdy@velvetoutlaw.com.

Shipping is free within the USA and $25.00 USD flat-rate for all orders outside of the United States.

For Ready To Wear items, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your items upon ordering.

For Customizable Reworked and Fully Custom items, please allow 4-6 weeks for production + 3-5 business days once your order has shipped.

Due to the custom, one-of-a-kind nature of our clothing, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. In special cases, we will consider doing a "buy back" for your item. Please send an email to howdy@velvetoutlaw.com to learn more about completing a buy back.

Because of the upcycled and custom nature of our clothing, we ask that you review the measurements listed in each product and measure yourself to ensure the product will fit you.
