This has SHORTS and is meant to be billowy and oversized on the bottom. There is a side zipper to get in and out of the romper. Please use the FULL BUST measurement + 4in to determine if you will be able to pull this over your hips (do not use the hip measurements to determine if this will fit over your hips).
